Brianna L. Hagood, Esq.

Brianna Hagood is a compassionate and strategic advocate for families navigating Georgia’s family law system. Her practice includes divorce, custody, child support, alimony, paternity/legitimation, modification, contempt actions, and uncontested adoptions. She is particularly skilled at guiding clients through high-conflict and emotionally sensitive matters with clarity and care.

As a trained Guardian ad Litem, certified by the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, Brianna brings a child-centered perspective to her work, ensuring that the best interests of children are always at the forefront. Her experience in uncontested adoptions further reflects her commitment to helping families grow and thrive through thoughtful legal support. Her collaborative approach and dedication to clear communication empower clients to make informed decisions throughout the legal process.

Brianna graduated from Georgia State College of Law in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in Georgia with admissions to the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Georgia State Trial Courts. In law school, Brianna was a member of the Family Law Society, and the Society for Immigration law. Brianna’s passion for law comes from her desire to advocate for others. Brianna is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Family Law Section, Atlanta Bar Association’s Family Law Section, and the Family Law Young Lawyers Division Committee.
