Stuart B. Miller, Esq.
Stuart Miller represents clients in complex, high-asset family law matters throughout metro Atlanta, including divorce, child custody and support, and contempt and modification actions. He also regularly assists clients with negotiating and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Stuart draws on his extensive courtroom experience to advocate forcefully for his clients while working toward efficient resolutions through negotiation and, when necessary, litigation. He understands that family law matters often arise during one of the most difficult periods in a client’s life, and he is committed to bringing discretion, professionalism, and a personalized approach to every case.
A native of Cobb County, Stuart spent the first five years of his legal career at a litigation firm in Florida before returning to Georgia to focus his practice on family law. His deep ties to the Atlanta community — and his belief that strong, personal relationships between lawyer and client lead to the best outcomes — continue to shape how he approaches every case.
Stuart graduated from the University of Georgia with his undergraduate degree in 2011 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2014, becoming a “Double Dawg” in the process. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia, with admissions to the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and all Georgia State Trial Courts, as well as in Florida.
Stuart serves on the Board of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Family Law Section, and he has been recognized by Super Lawyers for his work in family law.
